Twilight

I’ve watced the trailer and come across several posters of ‘twilight’ on net.

If you’ve yet to know, it is a movie made according to an adult romance novel authored by Stephenie Meyer. I’ve read the book ‘accidentally’ in year end of 2006 and fell in love with it. I said ‘accidentally’ because I didn’t buy the bought, neither did I intend to read it. It happened that my roommate-that-time bought the book but I stayed in the room more time than her hence I got the chance to read the book and finished it before she lost the book. Haha… she herself, the person who bought the book, didn’t even have the chance to finish reading it before the book went *pop disappear secretly one day. Haha…

The novel talks about how a teenage girl, Bella, encounters a very cool and weird guy in her new college that seems to be avoiding her, yet appear to rescue her when she’s in danger. From two persons who seem to be very unsatisfied and unhappy with each other, they become friends and later on become a sweet couple. The novel illustrates the progress in which Bella figure out that Edward is a vampire and the ‘up and down’ to be with this vampire. ‘Up and down’ as in you found out that your boyfriend’s family members are not biologically related actually and that they are all vampires, you found out that your boyfriend’s father has been living on earth for more than 1000 years (forgot the number, but VERY LONG), and you found out that your blood smells really nice that it attracts vampire…

I really like how the author described Edward the main actor, which is the vampire, in the story. He is being described as so perfect, so cool yet showing warmth, and can very sweet while together with Bella.
